Aesthetic medicine can be quite difficult to navigate. With increasing number of treatments, products and technologies available, understanding what is appropriate can become unnecessarily complicated.
At AHA Skin Aesthetics, the approach is intentionally straightforward. The focus is on understanding your concerns, providing clear and honest advice, and recommending treatment only where it is likely to be of genuine benefit.
There is no expectation to know what treatment you need before you arrive. Consultation is an opportunity to ask questions, understand your options and make informed decisions about your care.
The AHA Method

Facial ageing is not the result of one isolated change. Skin quality, movement, volume and structural support each change over time, influencing the way the face looks and functions as a whole.
The AHA Method considers these relationships rather than focusing on a single feature or concern in isolation.
Treatment is guided by what will meaningfully contribute to the overall result, with an emphasis on refinement, restraint and maintaining facial integrity.
Built on Clinical Practice
Founded by April, a Registered Nurse (Ahpra), and an Advanced Dermal Practitioner (Dip) with over 20 years' experience across skin health, laser, dermatology, and aesthetic medicine in both Australia and the UK.
Her clinical background includes experience alongside leading dermatologists, as well as work across medical skin clinics, laser clinics, and aesthetic practice.
Today, her practice is focused extensively on aesthetic medicine, advanced injectable treatments, facial assessment and treatment planning. Supported by ongoing clinical education and refinement of injecting techniques.
April takes great pride in the standard of care she provides and is known by her patients for her thorough approach, attention to detail and honest treatment advice. She remains personally involved throughout each patient's treatment journey, from initial assessment and treatment planning through to follow-up, review and ongoing care.
The Experience
AHA Skin Aesthetics is a low-volume, boutique clinic where appointments are intentionally paced and patient care is never rushed.
Appointments are private and one-to-one, allowing time to discuss concerns, ask questions and understand the reasoning behind any recommendations.
From consultation through to follow-up, care remains calm, discreet and clinically focused.
